Webinar | February, 2024 | Earn 1 CEUs
The 2024 Medical Care Standards for Those Living with Diabetes awards 1.0 CPEU in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s CPEU Prior Approval Program.

Diabetes is a complex chronic illness requiring ongoing education and support to reduce the risk of serious complications. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Diabetes Statistics Report estimates 130 million people in the US are living with prediabetes or diabetes. Lifestyle modification is the cornerstone of diabetes prevention and care. Dietitians are uniquely qualified members of the health care team who can guide people with prediabetes or diabetes towards better outcomes. As nutrition professionals, we must continually update our knowledge of current guidelines to provide the highest level of evidence-based nutrition care.

Join Kathy Warwick, RDN, CDCES, on Thursday, February 15, from 2-3 p.m. ET, as she provides an update on the American Diabetes Association’s (ADA) Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes 2024, with a focus on current relevant guidelines for RDNs involved in the care of those living with diabetes.

This event will be hosted and is accredited by Becky Dorner & Associates. Follow this link to register today!
